NRS 46009 NURSING LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT (3)

Course utilizes theoretical principles of management to provide the student with the foundation to become an effective change agent/leader/manager in today's complex health care setting.  Topics include strategic planning, quality improvement, and organizational/system leadership.  Prerequisites:  NRS 46003 Nursing Research and Evidence Based Practice and NRS 46000 Health Care Policy and Regulations.
